NOW THE MOLD IS SEALED , WAXED, AND THE FABRIC IS CUT. THE WAX HAS BEEN HEATED TO FILL IN THE GAPS AND MAKE A SMOOTH SURFACE FOR RELEASE. CASTING IS NEXT. My first attempt at a Wind Turbine Generator. Haven’t figured out how I am going to mount it vertically so for now testing it horizontally. Still need to add the 12″ pulley and generator which I have and will attach later. Had some good wind the past few days and this got up to this speed from a dead stop so I think it may be pretty good once mounted vertical.
