One of the main drawbacks of wind turbines is the fact that for maximum efficiency, the power that they generate must be fed into the grid right as the wind is blowing and their blades are spinning. While that power can be stored in batteries for later use, some of it will always be lost in the process.

Low RPM 35 kW SuperGenerator Wind Turbines

We hooked a small garden tractor to an FTC Energy 35 kW Zero Cogging generator in order to power 9000 watts of water heater elements at just 350 RPM.

The tractor produced less that 17 HP so the generator could not be maxed out. The PTO was set to 350 RPM. The elements exceeded 230 degrees in less than 10 minutes while immersed in water and made the water boil. We further monitored the generator case to verify that it was cool. This is proof positive that our generators work and they have exceeded our expectations. These generators will benefit anything that has a shaft that turns. IN PART 10 WE SHOW THE BONDING OF THE COILS FOR FAST CASTING WORK AND THE RESON WHY WE NEED TO DO THAT. PLUS WE SHOW THE COILS BEING LIFTED BY THE MATRIX OF GLUED FIBER GLASS DRYWALL TAPE CONNECTED TO THE COILS. THIS WILL MAKE IT VERY EASY AND FAST FOR CASTING LATER. THEN WE SHOW THE FIRST WIRES BEING ROUTED AND STRIPPED FOR SOLDERING. THEN WE SHOW THE FIRST JOINT ALL FINISHED. THE SECOND PHASE FINISH FROM THE FIRST COIL IS THEN ROUTED AND BEND TO SHAPE TO THE SECOND PHASE START OF THE SECOND COIL IN THAT PHASE. I HAD TOO MUCH FOOTAGE TO PLACE IN ONE VIDEO, SO I OPTED TO MAKE 2 VIDEOS WITH THE FOOTAGE. THIS IS CONTINUED TO PART 11.
