My Homemade Wind Generator

My home made wind generator. 4 and a half foot blade radious.Runs a low RPM alternator off a 350 chevy that charges a 12 volt battery. The RPMs are created by a gear ratio. The Gears are off an 18 speed bike they are adjustable and have interchanging plates. The blade pitch is also adjustable. The wooden blades are balanced and carved in the shape or an air plane wing. The Blades bolt to a hub, made from 3 inch pipe that bolts to an all thread that rest on 2 heavy pillow block bearings. Finally the frame is made of 1 inch flat stock and bolts to the wooden body of the wind mill.

Everything was costume made by me with no blue prints.
